Preliminary Rockdale County Health Assessment

A Community Health Assessment provides the foundation for protecting and improving the health of a community.  These assessments also identify and describe factors that affect the health of a population.

A preliminary Community Health Assessment for Rockdale County is now available for review.  In creating this assessment, we have looked at the health status of our community and factors in our community that contribute to health challenges. We thank our community partners for the valuable data and guidance they have shared.
