GNR Public Health recognizes non-nursing clinical staff who provide exceptional care and service to our community. 

Tulip stands for “Thoughtfully Uplifting Lives & Impacting Patients.” If you had a wonderful experience with someone at our health center, fill out the nomination form below to nominate them for The Tulip Award!

Answers to common questions

All non-nursing staff are eligible to be nominated for the Tulip Award.

Staff may be nominated by anyone. In the healthcare setting, nominations come from patients, family members, other nurses, physicians, clinicians, or staff who experience exceptional care or service.

The nominations are sent to our internal committee. The committee reads and scores the nominations using criteria that focus on compassion and fit the mission and values of our organization. Honorees are then selected and celebrated.
