Our Locations

GNR Public Health is the local health department for Gwinnett, Newton and Rockdale counties. We operate under the authority of the Georgia Department of Public Health and have multiple health center locations and three county-specific environmental health offices.

The clinics provide a wide range of health care options and services for the entire family.
