health service appointments/Walk-ins
Call 770-904-3717 to schedule a health center appointment for services, such as vaccines or family planning, today.
Sexual health services and immunizations are available on a walk-in basis. Walk-in patients will be seen based on staffing availability. For health services other than sexual health, appointments are encouraged.
wic appointments
Appointments are required for WIC services. Call 770-513-9738 to make an appointment for WIC.
For WIC appointments, please bring the following:
- Proof of ID
- Proof of Income
- Proof of residence

Children’s Dental Appointments can be made by calling or texting the Dental Office at the location you prefer.
