Gwinnett Newton and Rockdale County Health Departments
Celebrate Halloween Safely

This is a Halloween like no other! Consideration for COVID-19 illness makes planning and participating in holiday traditions different than we are accustomed to.

While planning your Halloween festivities, the Health Department recommends you take these precautions to help keep you and your loved ones safe:

  • Wear a cloth mask (not a costume mask)
  • Stay at least 6 feet from others
  • Keep your group small
  • Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer

Everyone at the Health Department wishes you a happy, healthy Halloween this year. If we all work together, we can prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Celebrate Halloween Safely. Wear a cloth mask, stay at least 6 feet from others, keep your group small and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
