Intern Selection

Internship request forms will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate program managers based on your area(s) of interest.

If there are no opportunities in the area(s) you indicated, but your information shows experience or potential in another area, your form may be given to other staff members for review.  For example, you indicate interest in epidemiology but there are no openings within that program and your resume indicates experience and or potential for success in community health; your information may be passed to the community health program for possible alignment to available projects.

Unfortunately, not everyone who submits a form can be accepted due to limited resources and variation in project availability from semester to semester.

Due to the volume of applications received, we are unable to provide information on application status by phone or email.  All qualified applicants will be considered, but may not necessarily receive an interview.  Selected applicants will be contacted by appropriate personnel for next steps in the selection process.
